Petrol Smart provides real-time fuel price comparison data sourced from official Australian government APIs and community reports. The Service includes fuel price display, price alerts, price trends, and price predictions.

3. Data Accuracy Disclaimer

Fuel prices displayed on Petrol Smart are provided for informational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all prices are current, complete, or error-free. Prices may change between the time they are reported and the time you arrive at a station. Always verify the price at the pump before fuelling.

4. Price Predictions

Price predictions are generated using historical data, oil prices, and exchange rates. They are provided as a guide only and should not be relied upon for financial decisions. Petrol Smart makes no warranty regarding the accuracy of predictions.

5. Community Price Reports

By submitting a price report, you agree that:

• The information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge
• You will not intentionally submit false or misleading prices
• Your report may be visible to other users of the Service
• We may remove or modify reports that appear inaccurate

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Submit intentionally false fuel price data
• Attempt to disrupt or interfere with the Service
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Service without permission
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access other users' data or accounts

7. Intellectual Property

The Petrol Smart name, logo, and original content are the property ofPetrol Smart. Fuel price data sourced from government APIs is used under the respective government data licensing terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our Service without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Petrol Smart shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. This includes, without limitation, damages arising from reliance on fuel price data or predictions.

9. Availability

We strive to maintain the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
